Stage 1: If you want to use the formal complaints procedure, you will need to put your complaint in writing to the Project Manager who will try to respond within 10 working days. They will let you know if their investigation is going to take any longer than this.
Stage 2: If you are unhappy with the Project Manager’s decision, you should write to the Chief Executive. The Chief Executive will review the complaint.
