DIANA NELSON ART AWARD 2009

The Annual Art Award took place at the MAZCC this week in memory of the late artist Diana Nelson.

Her husband Martin attended the event and presented prizes to the winners alongside a panel of judges which included guest judge Katie Taylor.

 This years theme was 'Celebrating 130 years of Leeds Jewish Welfare Board' and the standard of entries was very high.

First prize was awarded to Lionel Appleson followed by second prize to Phillip Sheaf
