Income Expenditure
The Finance function in LJCS aims to help the organisation be as efficient and effective as possible.
We perform a variety of roles to enable Project Managers to operate in the knowledge that the stewardship of the finances is handled accordingly. These roles vary from Strategic Planning and Budgeting to safeguarding client accounts, payment of invoices and monitoring of overheads.
We also make sure that donations and statutory funds are properly accounted for and allocated to the right projects. This allows us to help the Project Managers identify shortfalls and areas of financial need.
There are lots of opportunities for joint working across LJCS which provides a sharing environment which in turn promotes understanding and appreciation on all sides, and no two days are ever the same!
